This policy applies to the mobile applications published under the BrightCraftLab brand by CARRABELA s.r.o., Company Registration Number (IČO) 24216011, with registered office at Magistrů 599/3, 140 00 Prague 4 – Michle, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 189476/MSPH (the "Company" or "we") (each an "App").

02What the App collects

We do not collect any personal data through the App. The App has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking. We do not send any data from the App to our servers.

03What stays on your device

• Your settings (language, voice and sound options, intervals, custom milestones) are stored only locally on your device.
• Voice announcements are produced by the speech synthesis built into your device.
• If you allow notifications, the App schedules local notifications on your device. No push-notification service is used and no notification token is sent to us.
• Audio can continue to play when the screen is locked, because this is the core function of the App. Nothing is recorded.

04Web pages opened from the App

The legal documents (privacy policy, terms, support) are opened in an in-app browser window. Like any website, the server may process technical data such as your IP address when the page is loaded. This is governed by the privacy policy of the website concerned.

05Purchases

If paid features are offered in the future, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

06Children

The App does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.

07Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data from the App, there is nothing to access or delete on our side. You can remove all locally stored data by deleting the App. For any request or complaint you can contact us at the address above or lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

08Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the indicated effective date.
