Please send us an email at the contact above. To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, kindly include:
The name of the application, app version, operating system version (iOS / iPadOS / macOS), device model and a description of the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot or short video significantly speeds up diagnosis.
Please try the following steps in this order:
1) Fully close the app (on iOS, swipe up from the bottom edge and dismiss the app), then reopen it. 2) Restart your device. 3) Make sure that the latest version of both the application and the operating system is installed.
If the problem persists, please contact us — describe in detail what the application does (or does not do).
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by the developer. Submit your refund request via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
If you need a confirmation or document from us as the developer for the purposes of your request, feel free to contact us.
Detailed information about the processing of personal data for each specific application can be found in its privacy policy, which is available in the App Store under "App Privacy" and inside the application itself.

If the application requires an account, you will find an option to delete the account together with all related data in its settings.
If you cannot find this option or it doesn't work, please contact us by email and we will handle your request in accordance with GDPR within 30 days.

We respond to emails usually within 2 business days. In exceptional cases (e.g. during public holidays) the response may take longer. If you do not receive a reply within a week, please check that your message did not end up in spam, and try contacting us again.
